Backed by top-tier investors and led by second-time founders who previously built the first software supply chain security company, which was later acquired by Aqua Security, we’ve gone from stealth to serving global enterprise customers in under six months.
We’re looking for our first Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team and build the foundation for recruitment at Echo. This is a unique opportunity to shape and own our entire recruiting function from the ground up. Designing processes, building pipelines, and driving exceptional candidate experiences as we scale.
What you’ll do
- Own the full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Build and refine scalable recruiting processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and priorities.
- Source diverse talent through creative, data-driven methods.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
- Strengthen Echo’s employer brand and community presence.
- Track and improve hiring metrics and workflows.
- Advise leadership on hiring trends and headcount planning.
What you bring
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (ideally in tech).
- Strong experience managing full-cycle hiring independently.
- Proven ability to build and optimize recruiting processes.
- Skilled at sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn, events, referrals, etc.).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven.
- Passion for connecting top talent with meaningful work.
Preferred:
- Experience hiring for technical roles (engineering, DevOps, security, product).
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Applicant Tracking Systems like Lever or Greenhouse).
- Startup experience and comfort building from scratch.
- Full fluency in English and Hebrew.
