We’re looking for a Data Director to lead and grow our Data team - building scalable infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making, and unlocking insights that fuel growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Data team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Define and execute the company’s data strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the development and optimization of our data infrastructure, leveraging Google BigQuery, Metabase, Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
• Ensure data accessibility, reliability, and accuracy across all departments.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to deliver actionable insights that drive performance.
• Collaborate with the AI team by providing high-quality datasets, scalable pipelines, and reliable data flows to support AI/ML projects.
• Design and track KPIs to measure impact and continuously improve outcomes.
• Stay ahead of industry and AI-related trends, introducing new tools and methodologies to enhance the company’s data and analytics capabilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in databases and data modeling, with hands-on experience in BigQuery.
• Proven track record of building and scaling data pipelines and analytics frameworks.
• Experience working with BI tools (preferably Metabase).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and the data structures required to support them.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High-level proficiency in English.
