Frontend Team Lead JB-4290

Our company developed a leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. The platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.

As a Frontend Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in both hands-on development and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for implementing user-facing features using React and modern web technologies, while also managing and leading the frontend team — ensuring smooth execution, high-quality code, and team growth. This role combines deep technical expertise with people and project management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain complex web applications using React with TypeScript

Build high-performance visualizations using mapping technologies

Work with 3D rendering and geospatial data processing

Build responsive and performant UI components

Lead, manage, and grow the frontend team, including mentoring, task planning, and performance guidance

Own frontend delivery and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution

5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript

3+ years of experience in a team lead or management role

Experience with GraphQL and REST APIs

Proficiency in state management patterns

Experience with real-time data visualization and processing

Solid understanding of web performance optimization
