We’re looking for an experienced AI Product Lead to own and scale a flagship AI-driven product a core element of our platform that’s transforming how IT operations are managed.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of Product Managers and AI specialists, building autonomous AI solutions that resolve IT issues, automate Tier 1 support, and empower IT teams worldwide.
You’ll drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution end-to-end shaping one of the most impactful AI initiatives in the company.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor Product Managers and cross-functional AI teams.
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for an AI-first product.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and GTM teams to deliver measurable impact.
- Translate user and market insights into AI driven features and automation capabilities.
- Monitor and optimize performance, adoption, and automation success metrics.
- Ensure secure, ethical, and scalable use of AI across the product.
What you bring:
- 5-7+ years of experience in SaaS product management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in building or scaling AI, ML, or automation products.
- Strong technical background (software engineering or data science is a plus).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for innovation.
