We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team and work closely with the VP of Marketing. This is a hands-on role with a wide range of responsibilities, ideal for someone with strong digital marketing skills who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to take ownership of day-to-day marketing operations while continuously learning and growing.
What you’ll be doing:
Website Management
- Monitor and maintain the company website to ensure smooth performance.
- Work with external vendors (SEO, Webmaster, Designer etc’).
- Spot and resolve potential warnings or errors flagged by Google or other monitoring tools.
- Regularly update content and visuals on the site, including press releases and news.
- Collaborate with external vendors (e.g., Sentrysite) to create landing pages for events and conferences.
- Conduct monthly website reviews to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
LinkedIn & Social Media
- Maintain the company LinkedIn page
- Schedule and upload posts
- Track performance and engagement
- Upload video content and support paid campaigns
Digital Campaign Management
Google Ads:
- Upload banners and update keywords regularly
- Monitor campaigns and help optimize budget allocation to improve performance
- Support additional campaigns on platforms like Reddit or AdExchanger, ensuring correct ad formats and placements
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance of marketing activities across platforms
- Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders
General Marketing Support
- Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks and conference preparation
- Assist with marketing operations and logistics as needed
Who you are:
- You have 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in AdTech, SaaS, or other B2B companies targeting the US market also works
- Strong understanding of digital channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and website content management
- Native level American English- exceptional writing and editing skills are a must
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a “close the loop” mentality
- Proactive, independent, and able to take ownership of projects
- Curious and eager to learn
Additional Information
- Occasional travel to events may be possible, but not required
- Suitable for students who are available for a full time position
