Camtek is a global leader in the semiconductor industry's high-end inspection and metrology equipment. Our systems are vital for wafer inspection and measurement during production. We are now looking for a Compliance Officer to join our team and support our continued growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain compliance policies with a strong focus on export control compliance.

- Advise business teams on a wide range of compliance issues, particularly global export control laws and related regulatory requirements.

- Perform export classifications, screening, and licensing assessments for products, software, and technology.

- Support cross-border transactions and ensure adherence to trade restrictions and sanctions.

- Provide training and guidance to internal teams and manage audits or investigations as necessary.

**Requirements:**

- Law degree (LL.B or equivalent); an LL.M. or compliance certification is advantageous.

- Over 5 years of experience in compliance matters, particularly export control and trade compliance within an international company or law firm.

- Extensive knowledge of various compliance areas, including international export control laws.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
