A leading company in R&D and IT outsourcing services is looking to add an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to its team.
📍Job location: Company offices in Kfar Saba, with field operations in the Shephelah region and up to the Sharon.
Job Responsibilities:
🤝 Ongoing management of existing clients and maintaining continuous contact with clients and employees placed with them
📈 Expanding client portfolios - locating new jobs and identifying opportunities to increase the portfolio
💼 Managing business relationships and negotiations with senior officials
⭐ Providing quality service and retaining clients over time
🔄 Working with internal interfaces in the organization
🔍 Identifying market trends and creating relationships with potential clients
Requirements:
⏳ 1-2 years of experience in complex sales
💡 Experience in human resources / outsourcing - a significant advantage
💻 Experience with clients in high-tech, finance or institutional entities - an advantage
🗣️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
📊 Business understanding and ability to identify needs and opportunities
🎯 High service and sales orientation
🕒 High-level self-management and time management ability
