Implementation Manager

We’re an innovative SaaS company transforming how interior finishes suppliers and contractors plan and deliver large-scale projects — from apartment buildings to hotels. Our platform speeds up project estimation by 80%, helping clients bid on more projects with greater efficiency. Following the success of our first product, we’ve recently launched a second solution tackling another major challenge in the post-estimation phase — mapping generic item lists from architectural plans to manufacturer-specific catalogs for accurate pricing and ordering.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Operations Manager to lead the onboarding and catalog integration process for this fast-growing product. You’ll oversee a small but expanding team that bridges customers, data, and product development — ensuring seamless catalog implementations and scalable operations.

Your work will combine:

• Data Modeling: Define how manufacturer catalogs map to our internal data model, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and ensure data integrity.
• Customer Operations: Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, address issues, and deliver smooth implementations.
• Product Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering to close workflow gaps, improve tools, and influence the roadmap with real-world insights.

This role is central to one of our core products and lays the foundation for our upcoming 2026 product launch — a layout design tool that will further connect design, data, and ordering workflows. What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, operations, or data modeling in a SaaS or data-intensive environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to structure and detail
• Experience with complex data models or product configuration logic (e.g., construction, manufacturing, or design software)
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Proven collaboration with product and engineering teams to refine tools and processes
