We seek a skilled actuary to manage private insurance policies within our organization, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee annual contributions for eligible employees, utilizing advanced financial models and adhering to deposit guidelines set by the Ministry of Finance.
- Develop predictive tools to analyze retirement behavior patterns and assess economic risks, shaping a deposit strategy that minimizes risks and ensures long-term financial stability.
- Establish monitoring mechanisms with pension insurance companies to optimize annuity agreements and tax benefits.
- Prepare control reports and financial analysis for regulatory authorities.
- Support and validate simulation models for future retirees, with a focus on defined contribution pension plans in coordination with insurance funds.
- Enhance employee pension portfolio management, emphasizing disability coverage and other insurance aspects in both routine and emergency scenarios.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of experience as an actuary; financial actuarial specialization is an advantage.
- Proficiency in statistical software (SAS, SQL) and/or programming skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
