This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing software development projects, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting code reviews, and implementing best practices for software development and testing.

• Experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Experience with software testing, debugging, and code review processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions and practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
