Amazon Marketplace Specialist / Manager

Nanobébé is looking for a highly skilled Amazon Specialist / Manager to manage and optimize our global Seller Central operations. This role requires hands-on experience, strong analytical thinking, and deep familiarity with Amazon compliance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations in Amazon Seller Central, including listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Handle Account Health and Compliance: submit required documents, resolve violations, and ensure adherence to Amazon policies.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility, conversion, and sales.
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, analyse data, and report performance results.
• Collaborate with internal teams on logistics, marketing, and customer service to maintain seamless operations.
• Track key metrics (BSR, IPI, ACOS, Buy Box rate, etc.) and generate insights for growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts – a must.
• High-level English (written and spoken) – a must.
• Strong understanding of Amazon compliance and policy management.
• Experience in preparing and submitting compliance documents to Amazon – a major advantage.
• Experience managing Amazon stores in the UK and/or EU – a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Full-time position from our Herzliya office.
