Sales Operations Specialist

A fast-growing technology company, providing advanced solutions in the hospitality market, is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist that will provide vital support to it's sales departments in Israel and across Europe, as well as to HQ teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing sales processes, collections, and customer operations from A to Z.

What will you be doing

• Work closely with Account Managers and HQ sales teams as a part of the Sales Operations team in Israel and Europe to support business and customer needs
• Own and manage all refunds and billing processors from a CS perspective
• Coordinate chargeback management with relevant teams to ensure accurate processing
• Manage order operations – uploading orders to the back-office system and updating specific products following order processing
• Build and maintain workflows related to billing, ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Prepare, analyze, and deliver reporting on billing functionalities (refunds, chargebacks, adjustments, etc.)
• Partner with CS and Finance teams to identify and resolve billing-related issues
• Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis of billing trends
• Contribute to the development of scalable processes that improve the customer journey and customer retention

This is a full-time, on-site position, in Ramat Gan

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a billing, finance operations, or CS-related role for a b2c business
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or similar tools for data reporting and analysis
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with cross-functional teams
• Experience with chargebacks, refunds, or payment processors
• Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency
