Chief Information Security Officer

Matrix is hiring a Chief Information Security Officer – a pivotal and challenging role with full responsibility for the organization's information security and cybersecurity domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the organization's information security architecture.
• Provide professional guidance to IT and development teams on information security and cyber protection.
• Conduct risk assessments, threat analysis, and document security control specifications.
• Work with leading security products (FW, WAF, DLP, EDR).
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, GDPR).
• Drive security awareness and enhance organizational resilience.

Full-time role. Based in Kfar Saba, with 2 days per week in Rosh HaAyin.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Information Security Manager.
• At least 3 years of experience in information security, including 1 year in architecture and/or auditing.
• Experience with enterprise security products, cloud services, identity management, networks, and logs.
• Knowledge of communications, encryption, and authentication mechanisms.
• Strong technical writing skills in both Hebrew and English.
• CISO certification – Required.
