Matrix is hiring a Chief Information Security Officer – a pivotal and challenging role with full responsibility for the organization's information security and cybersecurity domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement the organization's information security architecture.
Provide professional guidance to IT and development teams on information security and cyber protection.
Conduct risk assessments, threat analysis, and document security control specifications.
Work with leading security products (FW, WAF, DLP, EDR).
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, GDPR).
Drive security awareness and enhance organizational resilience.

Full-time role. Based in Kfar Saba, with 2 days per week in Rosh HaAyin.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Information Security Manager.
At least 3 years of experience in information security, including 1 year in architecture and/or auditing.
Experience with enterprise security products, cloud services, identity management, networks, and logs.
Knowledge of communications, encryption, and authentication mechanisms.
Strong technical writing skills in both Hebrew and English.
CISO certification – Required.
