The Role
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Lead for – Alteryx Automation Enablement & Training to drive automation excellence across our client Shared Services and operational functions.
This role is central to our firm’s low-code automation agenda—combining technical mastery in Alteryx, strategic enablement leadership, and change management expertise. The successful candidate will act as both a hands-on developer and a strategic enabler, driving automation adoption across Finance, Operations, Risk, HR, and other support areas to deliver measurable business impact and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Automation Strategy & Solution Delivery
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Alteryx workflows and data automation solutions to streamline manual processes within financial operations, reporting, and shared services.
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts across Finance, Treasury, Operations, and Compliance to identify automation opportunities with clear business ROI.
- Develop and maintain an automation pipeline aligned to firmwide efficiency and cost optimization goals.
- Ensure adherence to governance, controls, and data security standards appropriate to a regulated financial services environment.
- Design and execute an Alteryx Enablement Program to upskill employees across Shared Services and functional teams.
- Deliver structured learning paths—covering beginner to advanced Alteryx capabilities—through workshops, live sessions, and on-demand modules.
- Build and mentor a community of citizen developers and automation champions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Create standardized documentation, reusable templates, and best practices to ensure scalability and compliance.
- Manage and optimize Alteryx Designer and Server licenses, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
- Establish success metrics for automation adoption, including:
- Workflows implemented and processes automated;
- Annual hours saved and efficiency gains realized;
- Adoption and certification rates across business units.
- Present periodic impact reports and dashboards to senior management showcasing productivity improvements and automation ROI.
- Leverage analytics to refine automation strategies and training effectiveness.
- Act as the internal evangelist for low-code and process automation within our client's transformation ecosystem.
- Build trust and influence across senior stakeholders, promoting Alteryx as a key enabler for operational efficiency, data integrity, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with global teams across the U.S., U.K., India, and Poland to ensure alignment with enterprise automation initiatives.
- Present success stories, case studies, and forward-looking automation roadmaps to executive leadership.
- 10+ years of professional experience in financial services or consulting for financial services, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience using Alteryx Designer and Server.
- Proven record of developing and implementing automation and data transformation solutions in a complex, regulated environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior leaders across global teams.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, data flows, and controls within banking, trading, or capital markets.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure automation solutions.
- Experience in training, enablement, or digital transformation leadership roles.
- Exposure to Power Automate, Power BI, or other low-code / visualization platforms.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Kaizen).
- Familiarity with automation governance and compliance standards in financial institutions.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
