We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team and take part in recruiting top talent for our R&D, Operations, and Production departments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes - from job posting, CV screening, and phone interviews to guiding candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define position requirements and ensure an efficient process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional recruitment experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in recruitment,
• Full proficiency in English – written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• High sense of responsibility, independence, and strong initiative.
• Full-time availability at the company’s office in Rehovot
