We are seeking a Senior Legal Advisor to provide expert guidance in the fields of planning, construction, transportation, and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, energetic, and capable of handling complex issues under pressure, contributing to impactful projects with a sense of mission.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing legal support and lead cases in planning, construction, transportation, and infrastructure
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and contracts
- Develop legal strategies, draft warning letters, and manage litigation
- Advise on employment law, employment contracts, and signature verification
- Provide ongoing legal counsel to management and professional stakeholders within the organization
Requirements:
- Law degree (LL.B) and valid attorney license
- Minimum 10 years of experience in legal practice, specializing in planning and construction law
- Experience in transportation, infrastructure, or public administration – significant advantage
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and systemic perspective
