What you’ll do
- Lead NPI projects from the design stage through full-scale production
- Identify, track, communicate, and resolve issues, risks, and required actions
- Perform process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) in line with requirements
- Raise challenges, resource needs, and support requests early to improve processes
- Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to reduce their impact
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical / Biomedical / Industrial & Management / Chemical Engineering – a must
- 7 years’ experience leading NPI projects in the medical device industry – a must
- Hands-on experience with process and equipment validations – a must
- High level of English – a must
- Familiarity with medical quality and regulatory standards – advantage
