Digital Marketing Execution Specialist

Agilite is hiring a Digital Marketing Execution Specialist to supercharge our team’s output, lead the Israel marketing channel end-to-end, and bring elite-level attention to detail and innovation to every campaign and platform.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on execution, can self manage projects A-Z, and brings not only speed and reliability but also creativity, problem-solving, and technical innovation.

We’re looking for a doer, a driven, technical marketer who takes pride in results, figures things out fast, and never drops the ball. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a high-performing team, take full ownership of campaigns and channels, and use your skills to automate and innovate how we operate.

Responsibilities:

Israel Channel Marketing

• Own the full marketing calendar for Israel: content, strategy, social, ads, SEO, email, and execution.
• Make sure the Israel channel matches the performance, quality, and output of our international channels.
• Oversee Hebrew content creation and SEO, and execute across Telegram, TikTok, Israel YouTube, email and more.

Technical Marketing & Automation

• Build and optimize email marketing flows, campaign automation and tracking infrastructure.
• Use tools to reduce manual tasks, experiment and boost execution speed.
• Launch, test and scale Meta ad campaigns; track ROAS, CAC, LTV and more.

Execution & Ownership

• Carry out team-wide campaign execution tasks with zero tolerance for careless mistakes.
• Self-manage projects A - Z with speed, clarity, and full accountability.
• Work closely with marketing teammates to support product launches, brand initiatives, and testing.

Analytics & Optimization

• Report on channel performance: Shopify, Meta, Email, SEO and sales trends.
• Suggest and implement optimizations based on data
• Stay on top of new tools and trends and bring back ideas that can change how we operate.

B2B Channel Support

• Build and deploy campaigns that support dealers and distributors.
• Own the B2B marketing calendar and work hand-in-hand with the sales team to push marketing efforts forward.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce execution
• Experience managing and scaling Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns with high ROI
• Strong track record of executing full marketing campaigns A–Z across email, social, and paid channels
• Native-level Hebrew with the ability to write sharp, engaging content
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working with HTML/CSS; some experience with JavaScript or Python is a plus
• Strong SEO skills in both Hebrew and English
• Able to build performance dashboards and marketing reports in Google Sheets or other tools
• Extreme attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities while consistently hitting deadlines
• Self-managing and proactive
• A problem solver who takes initiative and figures things out independently
• Strong communicator and reliable team player
• Familiarity with tactical or military gear, or prior military service - Bonus
