BI Systems Analyst & Project Manager

We are looking for a BI Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in DWH analysis and modeling. If you're passionate about data, comfortable working independently and alongside business stakeholders – this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BI projects end-to-end: from gathering requirements to go-live

• Conduct in-depth analysis with business users

• Write detailed business and technical specifications (including S2T documents)

• Design data models using standard DWH methodologies (e.g. Snowflake, Waterfall)

• Collaborate closely with development teams and provide logical problem-solving

• Manage timelines, testing, and delivery with high attention to detail

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree – mandatory

• Completion of a Systems Analysis course or relevant academic background

• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in BI systems analysis – must

• Strong knowledge of SQL – must

• Solid understanding of DWH concepts: Fact/Dimension tables, SCD, etc.

• Experience with Oracle / PL-SQL – strong advantage

• Familiarity with BI tools such as BO, QlikView – an advantage

• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
