We’re looking for a talented and service-oriented Technical Support Technician to join our IT team!

🔧 What you’ll do:

• Provide technical support for internal users on laptops, desktops, peripherals, networks, and telephony systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues
• Support Office applications and enterprise systems
• Ensure smooth IT operations and deliver exceptional customer service

🎓 Requirements:

✔ PC Technician certification

✔ At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a medium or large organization (500+ employees)

✔ Experience in financial organizations – an advantage

✔ Strong knowledge of personal computing, Office, operating systems, networking, telephony, and information security

✔ Technical English proficiency

✔ Excellent customer service orientation
