🚀 About The Role
As our VoIP Architect, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our complex communication systems. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless, reliable, and scalable communication solutions that support our rapid expansion.
What You'll Do:
- Overcome the challenges of a flexible cloud system serving a life-critical system with 0% downtime
- Optimize and troubleshoot complex communication systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
- Scale and maintain high-availability FreeSwitch and Kamailio deployments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest VoIP/UC technologies and trends
- Contribute to the scalability and reliability of our platform
🔑 What You Bring
- Proven experience as a VoIP/Unified Communication Architect
- Deep understanding of SIP, VoIP, and related technologies
- Proven experience with cloud-based communication platforms (experience with AWS/K8S- advantage)
- Extensive experience with scaling FreeSwitch and Kamailio
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced high growth environment
