Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks across multiple companies within the group
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
• Oversee bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely billing and collections
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management
• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations
• Implement and improve internal controls and accounting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, legal, and operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification – Must
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role experience in tech or travel sectors - an advantage
• Strong understanding of IFRS; knowledge of US GAAP – a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software (Priority, SAP, NetSuite, etc.) and Excel
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
