About the Company
Join a leading Human Rights & Immigration Law Firm in Tel Aviv. We are looking for a key managerial role at the heart of our operations. This is not a secretarial position – it’s about leading, coordinating and driving the daily operations of a top-tier law firm with an international team.
About the Role
This role involves overseeing daily office operations and complex scheduling, leading and mentoring an administrative team, and supporting senior management and lawyers with cross-firm processes and projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and complex scheduling
- Lead and mentor an administrative team (recruitment, training, task management)
- Support senior management and lawyers with cross-firm processes and projects
- Ensure top-quality client service in Hebrew & English (Russian is a plus)
- Manage suppliers, contracts, billing and compliance
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing office operations (law firm experience – big advantage)
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent command of Hebrew & English (Russian – an advantage)
- Detail-oriented, service-minded, with strong interpersonal skills
- Law firm experience
Full-time role in Tel Aviv (Sun–Thu, 09:00–18:00)
