Product Executive – High-Scale SaaS Platform

We’re looking for a Product Executive to lead and scale a high-ARR SaaS product that has become one of the fastest-growing solutions in its category. This is a rare opportunity to guide a hypergrowth platform in a highly competitive market, while shaping how AI will transform the way businesses operate and engage with their customers.

This product has achieved significant traction and high recurring revenue, and is now entering its next stage of maturity. It needs visionary leadership to expand its market position, embed AI as a core differentiator, and evolve from hypergrowth into durable, scalable success.

What You’ll Do

• Own and scale the product through its next phase of growth and maturity.
• Define the AI-first product vision, market positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
• Translate complex customer pain points and workflows into products that deliver measurable business impact.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a world-class team of product managers and analysts.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and success to accelerate adoption and monetization.
• Serve as an external voice for the product at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
• Balance speed with long-term scalability as you guide the transition from hypergrowth to sustained excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of product management experience with proven success in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years in senior leadership (VP level or equivalent), scaling and coaching product teams.
• Experience guiding a high-ARR SaaS business through its next stage of maturity.
• Strong business and product acumen—comfortable with pricing, packaging, GTM, and P&L impact.
• Deep understanding of AI opportunities in SaaS and the ability to integrate AI into product strategy.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—bias for action, resilience, and a track record of building for scale.
