Junior Full Stack Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time Junior Full Stack role located in Tel Aviv, Israel. In the role, you will take ownership of core features across the stack. From backend to frontend, be part of the architecture, scalability, and performance of Guardoc’s AI-driven healthcare platform. 

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Clinical, and Data) to design and implement intelligent, production-grade systems that leverage LLMs, serverless infrastructure, and real-time data to improve healthcare workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven hands-on Full Stack experience
• Understanding and experience with Node.js, TypeScript and React.js
• Passion for clean, maintainable code
• Basic familiarity with LLMs, agents, and AI tools (Cursor, Co-Pilot, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A team player, who is eager to learn and contribute to a meaningful product

Bonus

• Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven systems
• Experience with Cloud Computing and AWS in particular
• Background in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments
