Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all technological aspects of the company from early development to product delivery.
  • Define system architecture, technology stack, and coding standards.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a small internal development team.
  • Oversee timelines, technical milestones, and department budget.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and product quality.
  • Collaborate closely with founders on planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Strong full-stack development experience (web and/or mobile).
  • Hands-on technical leadership and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience leading developers or small teams.
  • Capable of planning, managing, and controlling technical budgets.
  • High level of ownership, structure, and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Previous CTO/VP title is not required — we value capability and drive.

Location: Hybrid – Israel

Stage: Pre-funding (early stage)

Compensation: Salary + equity upon funding
