Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead all technological aspects of the company from early development to product delivery.
- Define system architecture, technology stack, and coding standards.
- Build, manage, and mentor a small internal development team.
- Oversee timelines, technical milestones, and department budget.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and product quality.
- Collaborate closely with founders on planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Strong full-stack development experience (web and/or mobile).
- Hands-on technical leadership and problem-solving ability.
- Experience leading developers or small teams.
- Capable of planning, managing, and controlling technical budgets.
- High level of ownership, structure, and accountability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Previous CTO/VP title is not required — we value capability and drive.
Location: Hybrid – Israel
Stage: Pre-funding (early stage)
Compensation: Salary + equity upon funding
