Process Engineer – Manufacturing Engineering Department

Role Description

• Provide engineering support and guidance for production processes
• Lead transfer from R&D to manufacturing and implement development processes in production
• Review and evaluate engineering design for manufacturability
• Optimize existing processes and develop new ones in the field of crystal processing
• Analyze process results, prepare reports, and follow up on performance
• Assess the impact of new processes on ongoing production
• Prepare work instructions, conduct training, and support machine maintenance and control systems
• Hands-on work on the production floor

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Materials Engineering or Chemistry – mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience – mandatory
• Proven experience in leading manufacturing processes (NPI / Production Engineering) – mandatory
• Familiarity with various processing technologies – an advantage
• Good command of English – mandatory
• Strong teamwork, responsibility, and initiative
• Not suitable for junior engineers or recent graduates
