CRM Implementation Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-on CRM professional who knows how to translate business needs into smart system solutions — from analysis and design all the way to implementation and user adoption.

About the Role

Analyze business processes and define CRM requirements
Implement, customize, and optimize CRM solutions across departments
Train and support end users, ensuring smooth adoption
Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve workflows
Lead small-scale CRM projects and process improvements

Requirements

4+ years of experience in CRM implementation and customization (Salesforce / Dynamics / Priority or similar)
Strong business understanding in sales, marketing, or customer service processes
Experience managing or mentoring others — an advantage
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ownership of delivery
