We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our Real Estate Department. In this role, you will take part in analyzing new and existing real estate transactions, building financial models, and supporting strategic investment decisions.

What you’ll do?

• Perform economic and business analyses of new and ongoing real estate transactions
• Build complex financial models in Excel, including cash flow forecasts, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses
• Conduct due diligence (economic, contractual, market, and planning)
• Prepare presentations for management and investment committees
• Monitor projects, returns, risks, and performance
• Analyze markets, trends, regulations, and industry benchmarks
• Collaborate with consultants, business partners, legal teams, and financial institutions

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business Administration/Accounting/Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate deals analysis/business divisions of banks/consulting firms/economic departments/project finance
• Advanced Excel skills and expertise in building financial models
• High-level English (reading, writing, and speaking)
