Instructional Developer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer (Traditional) and Technical Writer to join our team. This dual-role position focuses on the development of structured, in-person training materials while also creating clear and precise technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for education, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Starting in the second year, this role will include delivering training sessions to audiences both in Israel and internationally, offering a unique opportunity to work directly with diverse groups

Responsibilitie

s:Instructional Designer (Traditional

):Develop traditional training materials, including lesson plans, teaching kits, and participant handouts for in-person deliver

y.Design assessments, quizzes, and evaluation tools to measure learning outcome

s.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training conten

t.Revise and adapt materials based on feedback and evolving training need

s.Support the preparation of trainers through detailed guides and facilitation material

s.Technical Write

r:Research and write user manuals, how-to guides, FAQs, and technical specification

s.Translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-friendly documentatio

n.Work closely with developers, engineers, and product managers to ensure documentation aligns with product specification

s.Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product changes or enhancement

s.Proofread and edit materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and accurac

y.Training Delivery (Starting Year 2

):Conduct in-person training sessions, workshops, and presentations for various audiences in Israel and abroa

d.Tailor training sessions and materials to align with the needs and preferences of different audience

s.Gather feedback from trainees to enhance the training program
