Platform Product Manager

We are a stable and profitable startup located in Rishon LeZion, working fully on-site with a close-

knit team of 15 people. Our company develops four core platforms within the digital and advertising

ecosystem. These include a data-driven campaign management system, proprietary audience-

matching technology, in-house tools for tracking advertising events, and a consumer-facing gaming

platform.

We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Product Manager to join our growing team. In this

mid-level role, you will take ownership of product features from concept to execution and work

closely with design, development, and business teams. You will be responsible for translating

product vision into detailed specifications, managing priorities, and driving product excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development of complex features from ideation to release
• Define product requirements and maintain detailed specifications
• Work closely with UI and UX designers to ensure intuitive and effective user interfaces
• Collaborate with data, QA and operations teams to deliver high-quality features
• Prioritize the product backlog and make data-informed decisions
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and users to improve functionality
• Support internal teams and ensure a consistent product experience across platforms

Requirements

• 2 + years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech company
• Experience working on platforms in any industry
• Background in B2B product development is an advantage
• Proven ability to manage complex API’s and multi-feature platforms
• Good understanding of UX and UI best practices
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working in small teams or startups is preferred
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
