🔑 Your mission

• Building and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across all business lines.
• Driving E-Commerce growth and optimizing the digital funnel from visit to conversion.
• Managing all aspects of digital marketing – SEO, SEM, social media, performance, and automation.
• Strengthen the company’s brand identity and customer journey across all touchpoints.
• Develop and execute annual and multi-year marketing plans with clear KPIs and ROI measurement.
• Using data and BI tools to turn insights into measurable business impact.
• Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team, manage agencies and strategic partners.
• Champion innovation and digital transformation — from AI to automation and beyond.
• Partnering with senior leadership and tech teams to implement digital transformation initiatives.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, including 3+ years in a management position.
• Proven success in E-Commerce and digital sales leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset – you think in data, KPIs, and ROI.
• Hands-on expertise with CRM, marketing automation, and BI systems.
• Exceptional communication skills in Hebrew, Arabic, and English.
• Background in the travel or tourism industry – an advantage.
