Project Management Officer

 Our Projects Department is growing, and we're seeking a talented PMO to join our dynamic team and help drive project success across the organization.

key responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, planning, and oversight of desalination plant construction.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets throughout all phases.
• Maintain accuracy and quality across the entire project lifecycle.
• Monitor the engineering design planning of the facility.
• Oversee the procurement process for all required equipment.
• Ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Maintain close control over technical, procurement, and execution activities.
• Support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure development projects.

Reports to: Projects Control Department Manager

Job Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in a PMO role involved in planning, scheduling, and controlling large-scale infrastructure projects in Israel, with a preference for experience in water/treatment facilities projects.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Primavera P6 for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of planning processes, engineering design control, and permit acquisition for large-scale infrastructure projects in Israel.
• Experience in risk management, budget control, detailed planning, and leading control and monitoring processes using formal project management methodologies.
• Strong coordination, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and lead teams and external/internal stakeholders.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in Primavera P6.
• Experience in overseeing procurement processes for large project equipment, including supplier coordination and delivery tracking.
