We shine a light on the black box of 3rd party logistics (3PL) that ecommerce brands work with to outsource their logistics (warehousing, fulfillment, shipping).

Together with the fouding team, you’ll be responsible for shaping the future of our product in every possible aspect. From architecture to coding and production, cloud infrastructure to UI/UX.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Backend development
• Experience with complex Backend systems, preferably a SaaS product
• Ownership mindset and comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Fast thinker with the ability to learn new technologies and perform tasks in areas that are unfamiliar

Bonus Points:

• Experience as a founding engineer, or as part of the initial team at a startup

What You’ll Do

• Build the web-based platform of our product from scratch
• Build an agentic AI-based solution to enable fast onboarding and deliver quality insights from logistics data
• As a founding engineer you’ll do everything that is needed to achieve the business goals of our company
• While this is not the main focus of this role, you’ll be helping to set up our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, assist customer success and support teams with tooling to allow them to perform their role efficiently etc
