We are building the next generation of authentication and authorization solutions, specializing in both Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and the emerging critical domain of Agentic AI authentication and authorization. The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Product Management to lead our product management for our core platform.This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires a deep technical understanding of identity and security protocols, a strong customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, intensive work environment with demanding delivery schedules. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, working directly with engineering, and acting as a product evangelist to customers, partners, and the market.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecution & Delivery: Own the execution of the product roadmap, working closely with the founders, engineering and design teams in an intensive, rapid-delivery environment to ensure short time-to-market for innovative features and products.

Customer & Market Leadership: Serve as a customer-facing product leader. This includes extensive interaction with prospects, customers, and partners to gather deep insights, validate product/market fit, and articulate the value proposition.

Technical Expertise: Translate complex identity, security, and AI requirements into clear, prioritized user stories and product specifications, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant.Go-to-Market (GTM): Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop compelling positioning, pricing, and sales enablement materials.

Team Development: While initially a hands-on role, you will be expected to recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing Product Management team as the company scales.

Required Experience and QualificationsExperience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Management roles, with a significant portion in B2B enterprise software, SaaS, or security-focused products.

Domain Expertise: Fluency in Identity and Access Management (IAM), CIAM, and relevant technologies (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, WebAuthn, FGA) - a significant plus.

Startup attitude: Demonstrated experience in a high-growth, startup environment, where rapid iteration and intensive workload are the norm.

Customer orientation: Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills with the proven ability to present to C-level executives and technical audiences alike.

Hands on: Technical fluency that enables effective collaboration with highly skilled engineers and architects.

Business orientation: Strong business acumen and analytical skills to define metrics and measure product success.

English: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.

Travel: Ability to travel abroad frequently to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support global GTM activities.
