Backend team lead

A high-tech company in the Semiconductor field develops innovative metrology solutions for controlling chip manufacturing processes, enabling precise measurement of device geometries (transistors, memory devices, etc.) at the sub-nanometer level.

The company is located in central Israel near a train line and operates a hybrid model with two days per week from home. It has approximately 1,200 employees worldwide, with around 500 in Israel.

The company is publicly traded on the Tel Aviv and NASDAQ stock exchanges, with a market cap of $2.5 billion and consistent growth.

Role Overview-

• Lead a development team of 5 engineers plus 2 QA specialists
• Report to the Development Group Manager
• Backend-focused development in C# and .NET, with some frontend elements (transitioning from WinForms to React or Angular)
• Work in a multidisciplinary hardware-software environment
• Approximately 30% hands-on development

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or similar).
• 5 years of hands-on software design & development, 3 + in C#/.NET.3+ years
• Strong front-end development experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar.
• 3 years leading a software team.
• Proven experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments
• 2 years in a multidisciplinary (HW + SW) company
• English- High Level
