Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on IT Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, managing IT systems and infrastructure, and ensuring a secure and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support, including setup and maintenance of laptops, software, networks, and user accounts.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in corporate systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, etc.).
• Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls).
• Collaborate with Security/DevOps teams on endpoint security, compliance, and patch management.
• Manage IT assets inventory (laptops, peripherals, licenses).
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Document IT processes and create internal knowledge bases.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support / system administration with 5+ years in the field (startup environment – an advantage).
• Hands-on experience with corporate SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira).
• Knowledge of endpoint security tools (EDR, antivirus, DLP).
• Strong knowledge of both Windows and MacOS environments.
• Familiarity with networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
