A global American company providing data-driven solutions, developing AI-based technology that monitors and analyzes application performance and helps organizations understand, anticipate, and optimize the overall user experience across all applications and devices.
The company has 1,300 employees worldwide, with the Israel development center being the largest, counting 70 employees.
Located in the Sharon area, operating a hybrid model with 2 fixed remote days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).
Role responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3–4 employees
- Report to the R&D Group Manager
- Responsible for CI/CD processes
- Work with Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Helm, Docker, ArgoCD, and IaC tools
Requirements-
- 2 years of managerial experience
- Experience developing on Linux
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure
- Experience working with Kubernetes
