About the Role

We are seeking a visionary CTO to own and execute the company’s technology strategy, lead global R&D and engineering teams, and partner with the executive leadership to drive business growth. As a key member of the management team, you will play a central role in product innovation, platform scalability, and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s long-term technology vision and roadmap
• Lead, mentor, and scale global development and data teams across multiple domains
• Partner with the CEO, CPO, and other executives on strategic initiatives, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and board members by translating complex technology into clear business value
• Ensure the highest standards of system scalability, security, and performance across international platforms
• Evaluate emerging technologies and foster a culture of innovation to keep the company at the forefront of the industry

Qualifications

• Proven executive-level experience in the online industry (marketing, user acquisition, analytics, or e-commerce)
• 3+ years in technology leadership roles, including oversight of multiple R&D teams and large-scale platforms
• Strong technical background with expertise in modern architectures, data-driven systems, and global cloud infrastructures
• Demonstrated ability to align technology with business strategy, manage budgets, and influence at board and investor level
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and innovation practices
