Automation Engineer

A cybersecurity startup developing a holistic security solution that combines AI with product security to help organizations’ security experts identify risks even before code is written.

The company has been operating for a year and a half, raised $6M, and currently has 20 employees.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train line, the company offers a hybrid work model of 1–2 days from home per week.

The role involves joining a small team and focusing on automation development using Playwright and JavaScript, working in an AWS environment alongside C/S systems.

Requirements-

• Experience in automation development
• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Experience with Playwright or similar testing frameworks
• Familiarity with AWS environments

Qualifications-

• 4-5 years of experience in QA Automation roles
• Significant experience in software quality assurance and test automation, with a strong focus on Playwright
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript-based testing frameworks
• Experience working in an AWS cloud environment and testing distributed systems
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
