DevOps Engineer

A Stealth-mode AI Security Startup helping organizations enable responsible use of AI tools across their operations. As AI applications become ubiquitous, enterprises must advance securely in this space.

The company connects to organizational traffic, monitors and analyzes it in depth, and provides a comprehensive toolkit for defining and enforcing AI usage policies.

The company currently has around 15 employees (10 in R&D), based in Tel Aviv (near a train line), with one day of remote work per week. It was founded by two highly experienced founders, has raised $9M in Seed funding, and is backed by a leading Israeli VC with multiple successful exits in its portfolio.

The role-

• First DevOps Engineer in the company, responsible for building and scaling the infrastructure from the ground up
• Work in a multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP)
• Hands-on work with Kubernetes, Python, Terraform, and ArgoCD

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with extensive hands-on work in cloud computing technologies, preferably AWS.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, ideally using Python and Bash.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps and CI/CD methodologies and tools like ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and GitHub Actions.
• Proven experience working with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments.
• Solid understanding of computer networking fundamentals and cloud security concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to execute projects from design to implementation.
