About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to lead large-scale media campaigns and deliver real business results. You’ll manage major budgets across platforms, analyze data, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize media budgets across Google, Meta, TikTok, DV360, Taboola, Outbrain and more.
• Develop data-driven media strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
• Lead campaign planning, execution, testing, and ongoing optimization.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Client Managers, Creative, Data, and SEO teams.
• Use AI tools for automation, analysis, and innovation.
• Mentor Junior Campaign Managers.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience managing large-scale digital campaigns within an agency.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok (DV360 – advantage).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and accountability.
• Curiosity and openness to AI and new technologies.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
• Native-level Hebrew, both spoken and written
