Job Description:

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of a team of Project Managers.
• Manage and synchronize the work of Project Managers across complex, cross-disciplinary projects.
• Lead organizational planning and control processes, including the development of project management methodologies and supporting tools.
• Build and maintain a high-level project portfolio view to support strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers in applying defined methodologies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the department’s project portfolio.
• Hybrid work model.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in managing complex IT and technology projects, as well as proven managerial experience leading a team of Project Managers.
• Experience in establishing and managing a team of at least five people – direct management of a PMO.
• Proven experience in managing and overseeing delivery processes.
• Experience managing large and complex budgets, including costing of technological projects.
• Experience supporting Project Managers leading large-scale, complex, and budget-intensive projects.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and processes.
• Proven experience in managing IT project and product portfolios.
• Experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies.
• Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior executives in large organizations.
• Relevant academic education.
