HUNTHEAD - a boutique executive search firm specializing in the finance sector - is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
• Conduct structured phone interviews and provide clear, professional evaluations.
• Use LinkedIn and other digital platforms to identify, engage, and attract top professionals.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on strategic, high-impact searches.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong phone interview skills - required.
• Experience using LinkedIn for recruitment - strong advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools or tech-based recruitment methods - significant plus.
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, and proactive mindset.
• Fluent Hebrew and good English.
