An Israeli deep tech / computer vision startup developing software that runs on standard RGB cameras to extract hyperspectral information (over 30 channels), such as skin and hair features, melanin, and hemoglobin maps. The company has been acquired and now has a strong financial backing.

The company is located in Tel Aviv (near the train line) with 2 days remote work per week.

The role involves remote technical leadership of a team of 6 engineers, mostly located abroad.

Development is in Python, working with DevOps tools in an AWS environment, focusing on Machine Learning. The role emphasizes algorithm implementation rather than research.

Requirements-

3+ years of software development experience in Python
Deep experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, ECS, EKS, EC2, etc.)
Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker for machine learning model deployments
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines for ML models (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Experience with ML model monitoring (e.g., Seldon, Grafana)
Knowledge of data engineering tools (Airflow, Spark, or similar)
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and promote ML operations best practices
