Job Description
The Automation & Applications Department is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-organizational technology projects from end to end. This role includes writing specifications, managing interfaces with development teams and business stakeholders, matrix management, budget and timeline control, scope management, change management, and ongoing status reporting.
The department operates at the forefront of technology, delivering enterprise-wide automation solutions using advanced technologies such as process automation through development, RPA tools, AI integration, Low Code platforms, and BPM solutions.
Mandatory Qualifications (Education & Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects in a matrix-structured organization.
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end projects, including planning timelines, budgets, scopes, change management, and status reporting.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including managing user stories and collaborating with development teams.
• Experience leading interfaces and integrations between development teams, including writing specifications and managing communication with business stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, systems thinking, and process-driving capabilities.
• Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA, AI, Low Code, and BPM – a significant advantage.
  

• Leadership and management skills – Confidence, initiative, and independent decision-making in a matrix environment.
• Systems thinking and broad business perspective – Understanding organizational context and identifying interdependencies between systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently – Managing tasks end-to-end with high personal responsibility and self-motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication – Working with a wide range of interfaces (development, business, vendors) requires strong communication, listening, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Flexibility and problem-solving ability – Adapting to changes, solving challenges in real time, and applying creative thinking.
• Attention to detail – Managing budgets, timelines, and scopes requires precision and high-level documentation skills.
• Teamwork – Collaborating with development teams, managers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
  

• Previous development experience – especially valuable for understanding technological solutions and system integration.
• Experience managing projects in enterprise-level organizations – beneficial for working in complex, multi-system environments.
• Familiarity with advanced automation technologies such as RPA, AI, Low Code, and BPM – a significant advantage.
• Experience working with enterprise information systems or core systems.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Agile) – an advantage.
