A leading defense company developing and manufacturing advanced multidisciplinary RF assemblies is seeking an Analyses Engineer.
The company is located in the Sharon area, with on-site work at the offices, and has approximately 200 employees.
The role includes:
- Conducting analytical and numerical analyses of thermal and structural issues using SolidWorks and FLOEFD.
- Designing and executing thermal and dynamic experiments, preparing technical reports, documenting, and analyzing results.
- Interfacing with company clients, presenting analyses and engineering solutions.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules, pricing, and standards.
- Collaborating closely with development, design, and manufacturing teams.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in thermal analyses (dynamic analyses experience is a plus).
- Ability to work with complex data and a solid understanding of analytical and numerical methods.
- Hands-on experience with SolidWorks.
- High self-motivation and the ability to coordinate and drive tasks with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
- Experience with advanced simulation software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, COMSOL, or similar – an advantage.
- Proven experience with FLOEFD software – significant advantage.
