System Architect Real Time Embedded

A software company developing Web and Mobile solutions in the field of control and monitoring systems. The company builds advanced products for parking access control systems and smart edge management terminals, providing some of the most innovative parking management, monitoring, and control solutions in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the firmware system architecture and development of a cross-organizational platform, serving as a key contributor to the design and implementation of core infrastructure supporting R&D, QA, and IT teams.
• Designs and develops firmware for the company’s TIBA Parking device product line, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance.
• Works in an Agile environment (Scrum), collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality embedded solutions.
• Acts as a hands-on technical leader, guiding team members while remaining actively involved in system design and coding.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in managerial roles
• Deep understanding of Embedded architecture
• 10+ years of experience in Real-Time (RT) development, with a focus on STM32 (mainly M7)
• Expert-level proficiency in C programming
• In-depth knowledge of FreeRTOS programming
• Experience in hardware-software integrations
