Operations & QA Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations & QA Specialist to join our growing team.

This role sits at the heart of our live game ecosystem- managing in-game operations, validating new content, and ensuring smooth, high-quality experiences for our players.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, R&D, Economy, and Monetization teams to bring live events, features, and campaigns to life, while maintaining operational excellence and technical precision.

What You’ll Be Doing

Live Operations & Configuration

• Set up game features, pricing, segmentation, and content assets aligned with business and monetization goals.
• Configure, validate, and manage promotions, live events, offers, and A/B tests.
• Coordinate and launch time-limited events, new offers, and content updates.
• Ensure proper version control, communication, and follow-up on fixes and feature rollouts.

Quality Assurance & Verification

• Perform configuration validation and manual testing to ensure live features function as expected before and after release.
• Monitor production logs, alerts, and KPIs to detect anomalies and ensure smooth performance.
• Collaborate with QA and R&D to investigate and resolve production incidents quickly and effectively.

Cross-Team Coordination

• Work closely with Monetization, Economy, Product, Art, and R&D teams to align configurations and promotions with business goals.
• Serve as the go-to person for customer support on player-facing issues, using logs, data, and configuration checks.
• Proactively identify workflow improvements to streamline operations and maintain high-quality standards.

This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You

Education & Experience

• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in a tech, operations, or QA-related role.
• Previous experience in the mobile gaming industry – huge advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to operate multiple tools and systems simultaneously.
• Experience with JSON and understanding of content configuration.
• Basic experience with Git (cloning, branching, pulling logs, version tracking).
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with a scripting language – big plus!
