Canditech is a rapidly growing startup in the booming HR-tech industry, with the vision of a world without resumes. In a very short time, we have developed a world-leading SaaS platform, are working with market leaders worldwide, and recently closed a meaningful fundraising round led by Insight Partners.
We’re looking for a Director of Sales — a highly driven and strategic professional who will take full ownership of Canditech’s end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting to closing and ongoing account growth. This is a key role with significant responsibility and impact across the company’s business and growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the company’s sales efforts E2E — from lead generation and prospecting to deal negotiation and account expansion
- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to accelerate growth in global markets
- Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and customer teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities
- Take a hands-on approach to building and maintaining strong customer relationships
What we'd like you to have:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of achieving ambitious goals
- Experience working with global clients in a fast-paced startup environment
- Professional proficiency in English
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and a passion for scaling innovative technology
